Election Campaign Vehicle Customisation by JeepClub Coimbatore

The foundation of any campaign vehicle is its structure. We fabricate the mainframe using heavy-duty mild steel tubular sections, built precisely to match the required body shape and campaign usage.
The complete structure is secured using professional welding and bolting methods to ensure long-term strength and easy service access when required.
Safety railings are fabricated using mild steel tubular sections and installed on the front, left, and right sides of the vehicle. These railings are fully welded and bolted to provide stability and protection during movement and public interaction.
A raised stage platform is constructed immediately behind the driver’s cabin using mild steel sections. This platform is firmly welded and bolted to the floor frame, ensuring it can handle continuous use during rallies and roadshows.
To improve comfort and presentation, the stage platform is reinforced with high-quality wooden plywood and finished with carpet flooring. Seating arrangements are provided on both sides of the rear body for campaign team members.
Flag visibility is a key part of political campaigns. We fabricate mild steel flag rods and install them at the front and rear corners of the vehicle. These rods are designed to reach up to approximately 13 feet from ground level, ensuring maximum visibility during rallies.
For safe and easy access, heavy-duty footstep assemblies made from mild steel are fitted on the left side and rear of the vehicle. A three-step rear footstep assembly is also provided, making entry and exit comfortable for campaign members.
Custom advertising panels are fabricated using mild steel plates and installed at suitable locations on the vehicle for banners, branding, and campaign messaging.
All fabricated metal parts are treated with red oxide metal primer and SKPS grey paint to prevent rust and ensure durability. Final finishing is done using quick-drying coach enamel paint in selected shades for a clean and professional appearance.
Complete electrical wiring is provided for the fabricated body, including proper on and off switches for all systems.
The exterior colour of the vehicle is finished according to the political party’s colour theme, ensuring strong visual identity.
A very strong mild steel and wooden stage with carpeted steps is built to support campaign activities. Customised heavy-duty rollover bars are installed around the vehicle for safety and structural support.
Selected rollover bar sections are finished in party colours and fitted with protective covers. A customised rooftop structure is provided for party logos and flag mounting, enhancing visibility during roadshows and public meetings.
Clear sound and strong lighting are essential for successful campaigns. JeepClub installs Ahuja public addressing systems with 4 or 6 speakers and cordless microphones for clear communication.
A high-power 800W audio system with 8 loudspeakers is fitted to ensure sound reaches large crowds. The system includes a customised amplifier with surround sound support, along with pen drive and DVD playback options.
For attention and alerts, mega sonic horns are installed. High-power LED lamps are focused on the candidate from both front and rear, while focused flood lamps are installed at the front and back to illuminate the public during night campaigns.
The interior is upgraded with premium art leather seating and trim, colour-matched to the party and vehicle theme. A candidate-focused customised wooden stage with carpet finish is designed to keep the leader clearly visible and comfortable during speeches.
