At Jeep Club India, we build Isuzu vehicles around the job they actually need to perform.
Since 2006, our workshop in Peelamedu, Coimbatore has worked on 4x4 restoration, fabrication, rally preparation, off-road builds and overland vehicle projects. For an Isuzu D-Max, the challenge is not simply adding accessories. It is integrating additional equipment without compromising mounting security, service access, electrical reliability, vehicle clearance or everyday usability.
An event or rally-support D-Max may need auxiliary lighting, custom equipment mounts, recovery equipment, protection, storage, communication hardware or other purpose-specific fabrication. We begin by understanding that requirement before cutting, drilling or fabricating anything.
The D-Max platform is offered in different configurations, and Isuzu's published specifications show variations in body/deck configuration, payload, dimensions and equipment. That is why we treat every vehicle as an individual build rather than assuming one modification fits every D-Max.
From our Coimbatore workshop, we build practical solutions for customers across Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka, as well as projects coordinated Pan India.
Our objective is straightforward: make the Isuzu more capable for its intended event or off-road role while keeping the engineering clean, serviceable and vehicle-specific.
We start with the actual Isuzu.
Our engineers identify the D-Max variant, model year, chassis/body configuration and existing modifications, then document what the vehicle needs to carry or operate.
Isuzu's current D-Max documentation lists multiple configurations, including Flat Deck and CBC variants, with different dimensions and payload figures.
We establish the mounting locations before fabrication begins.
Depending on the project, this can include:
We pay particular attention to load paths, chassis/body mounting, cable routing, service access and suspension/steering clearance.
Where a custom solution is required, our fabrication team measures the vehicle and builds the required brackets or mounting structures.
Typical considerations include:
Before delivery, we inspect the complete installation.
We check fastener security, wiring, lighting operation, clearance, equipment mounting, service access and overall integration.
The goal is a working vehicle—not just a visually modified vehicle.
For Isuzu rally and event builds, component selection depends on the application. Typical materials and equipment can include:
Where branded equipment is required, we select the component according to load requirement, vehicle compatibility, availability and intended use.
We don't specify a component simply because it looks good. It has to work with the vehicle.
Primary application:
Related applications subject to inspection:
Isuzu currently lists D-Max, V-Cross, Hi-Lander, S-CAB Z and S-CAB within its Indian range, but specifications and configurations differ between models.
Typical project: 30 working days
More extensive builds can take longer depending on:
We provide the expected completion time after reviewing the actual vehicle and final build specification.
There is no single fixed price for an Isuzu rally/event build because every vehicle has a different equipment requirement.
Your quotation can include:
Send us:
Isuzu model + model year + vehicle photographs + required equipment + intended use.
Our team will review the requirement and provide a practical quotation based on the actual work involved.
Jeep Club India is based in Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, making the workshop accessible to Isuzu and 4x4 owners throughout Coimbatore and the surrounding region.
We also handle enquiries from customers travelling from Kerala and Karnataka for specialist fabrication and vehicle modification work.
For customers elsewhere in India, selected 4x4 components and fabricated products can be supplied Pan India, depending on product dimensions and shipping requirements.
The important part remains the same: we build around the vehicle, the equipment and the actual application.
Jeep Club India was established in 2006.
For more than 18 years, our team has been involved in 4x4 rally builds, off-road preparation, overland vehicles, restoration and custom fabrication.
Our engineers and fabricators have worked across platforms including Isuzu, Mahindra Thar, Force Gurkha, Maruti Gypsy and classic Jeeps.
That experience shapes how we approach an Isuzu build. We consider the practical details that matter after the vehicle leaves the workshop: mounting strength, weight, clearance, wiring protection, serviceability and real-world use.
We don't treat fabrication as decoration.
We build the vehicle around the job.
Yes. We can build a vehicle-specific package covering fabrication, lighting, protection, equipment mounting, electrical work and recovery equipment.
Yes. We fabricate vehicle-specific brackets and mounts when an existing off-the-shelf solution is not suitable.
Yes. We can install suitable auxiliary lighting with appropriate wiring, fusing, relay control and mounting.
A straightforward project typically takes 1–3 working days. Larger fabrication or electrical builds may require additional workshop time.
