Jeep CLUB India specialises in professional Jeep restoration, 4x4 modifications and custom fabrication for customers across South India. Whether you own a classic Willys Jeep, Mahindra Major, MM540, Thar, ROXX, Bolero or another 4x4 vehicle, our workshop focuses on practical engineering, quality fabrication and reliable workmanship. Every project is planned according to the vehicle's condition, intended usage and customer requirements, from heritage restorations to expedition-ready off-road builds.
A well-built Jeep is more than just a vehicle. It represents engineering simplicity, durability and the freedom to travel where ordinary vehicles cannot. Many classic Mahindra Jeeps and Willys models have served farms, plantations, defence organisations and off-road enthusiasts for decades. With proper restoration and modern engineering upgrades, these vehicles can continue to perform reliably while preserving their distinctive character.
At Jeep CLUB India in Peelamedu, Coimbatore, we work on a wide range of restoration and modification projects. Some customers want a factory-style restoration that maintains the original appearance, while others prefer a classic body combined with modern mechanical components such as MDI turbo diesel engines, upgraded gearboxes, improved braking systems and enhanced suspension.
Our approach is practical rather than cosmetic. Before replacing parts, we inspect the condition of the chassis, body, drivetrain and suspension to determine what can be repaired, strengthened or upgraded. This helps create a dependable vehicle suited to Indian road conditions as well as off-road use.
Our workshop undertakes complete restoration, fabrication and customisation projects for classic Jeeps and modern 4×4 vehicles. Each project begins with an inspection so that the scope of work is clearly understood before fabrication or mechanical work starts.
Typical services include:
Every build is tailored to the customer's intended use, whether it is a heritage restoration, an expedition vehicle, a recreational off-roader or a utility vehicle.
Many Jeeps that arrive at our workshop have spent years working in demanding environments. Common issues include structural wear, corrosion, outdated mechanical systems and accident damage. Identifying these problems early helps prevent more extensive repairs later.
